Candle and Melt Burning Instructions
Some handy instructions on how to achieve the best burn with your Soy Wax Candles and how to use Soy Wax Melts.
Soy Container Candle Burning Instructions
Important! Keep wick centred and trimmed to ¼ inch.
Keep burning candles away from flammable materials.
Do not leave wick trimmings, used matches and other debris in the candle. Do not move the candle when it is burning.
Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.
Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents and air currents.
For best performance burn candle approx 1 hour for each inch of diameter or until melt pool fully reaches container edge and is ¼ inch deep and for a Maximum of four hours. If a longer burn time is desired, extinguish, let solidify, trim wick if needed then re-light. Try not to extinguish the candle until the melt pool reaches the edge of the container to avoid tunnelling.
Keep out of the reach of children and animals. On larger container candles some wax may remain on the sides of the container for the first couple of burns. This is normal and the wax will melt down as the candle burns. It is normal for Pure Soy candles to leave a slight residue on the container sides.
Never leave a burning candle unattended!
Soy Pillar Candle Burning Instructions
Prior to burning, remove all packaging.
Important! Trim wick to ¼ inch before each lighting, and during if wick begins to smoke. Keep wick centred.
Keep burning candles away from flammable materials.
Do not leave wick trimmings, used matches and other debris in the candle. Do not move the candle when it is burning.
Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.
Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents and air currents.
For best performance burn candle for a maximum of 1hr for every inch of diameter. If longer burn time is desired, extinguish, let solidify, trim wick then relight.
Burn candles on a suitable heat resistant holder deep enough to catch any run off from candle.
Do not Chill or freeze candle prior to burning to extend the candle burn time. Soy wax will become brittle and crack if placed in a fridge or freezer.
Keep out of the reach of children and animals.

Soy Wax Tart Burning Instructions
Place one standard sized or two mini wax melts in the well of an oil burner / tart melter.
Do Not add water! – Wax tarts require nothing more than a flame to melt them. No more messing around with oils and water! Sit back and enjoy.
Always keep out of reach of children and animals.
When the fragrance has gone from your wax tart (for standard tarts approx after two 4hr burns), allow to cool then simply slide the hardened wax out of burner well. If you encounter any resistance getting the wax out of the burner well, place the burner in the fridge for a few minutes then try again, it should slide out with ease.
